I have a Shocking Longbow. I added a shocing string to my bow :P
Can i some how salvage or do something else to get that bowstring back??

You can use a expert salvage kit to salvage the bow.
However, you would lose the bow completely and you may or may not get the string.

If you has a Shocking Longbow of Defense when you salvaged it you could get the shocking string, grip of defense, or crafting materials. You only get 1 of the three. Its a gamble each time.
